Might as Well Laugh at Getting Older

We are now approaching 51 years since we graduated from high school. That means that we are soon going to be what used to be consider old.  I certainly don't feel old. If it weren't for the occasional aches and pains, I would feel like I did as a teenager. I guess that 70 really is the new 50's.

It has been said that this time of life is when we are the happiest. Most of us are now retired, have raised our children and can take a little time to smell the roses. Aside from trying to keep our bodies healthy, we should also try to keep a good attitude and sense of humor.  With that in mind, I found a few jokes that may appeal to people of our age group.

We have all strived to be successful in life. But as we get older, our defininition of success tends to change.

SUCCESS:

At age 4, success is not peeing in your pants.
At age 12, success is having friends.
At age 16, success is having a drivers license.
At age 20, success is having sex.
At age 35, success is having money.
At age 50, success is having money.
At age 60, success is having sex.
At age 70, success is having a drivers license.
At age 75, success is having friends.
At age 80, success is not peeing in your pants.

Hope these put a smile on your face.
